Out of 200 parents, teachers and psychiatrists with children in martial
arts training for 6 months ages 5-11 98% said their children's behavior
improved.
Out of 127 teachers who Had hyperactive
students in the martial arts for 6 months --
ages 5 - 8 improved 79%
ages 9 - 11 improved 87%
ages 12 - 16 improved 97%
Out of 172 adults 18 to 74 questions about their
attitude towards life -
Improved reflexes and coordination - which increases
your performances in all physical activities.
Increased strength, power, and stamina so you feel
great all day long.
Increased flexibility and weight control for better
overall fitness .
Great cardiovascular work out that keeps you healthy.
Out of 111 handicapped children the parents
responded to improvements in self-esteem and attitude:
87% saw improvement.
13% saw no change in 6 months.
Academic Teachers of 123 martial
artists between the ages of 5 to 18 Who Had Practiced for 1 year commented
on academic improvement:
ages 5 - 8 ......95% improved
ages 9 - 12 ....81% improved
ages 13 - 18 ..91% improved
Out of 121 adult martial artist between 18 - 65
years old:
73% lost 25 lbs. or more.
25% lost at least 5 lbs.
2% gained 5 lbs. or less.
